Oakberry consistently messes up uber eats orders. I order 2 of the same smoothie and only one arrives. I’ve called my driver to confirm and they were only given one of the smoothies. It’s expensive so spending upwards of $30-$40 to only receive half an order is very disappointing. I’d avoid ordering from here as they don’t even have a number or working website to contact. Good food, TERRIBLE service.
I’ve been a regular to oakberry but the service recently is really disappointing. For the past 2 times I went, the same staff is very cheap about the Açaí bowl and smoothie, she didn’t fill up the cup and left a big gap to the top. Last time, i didn’t say anything but today I asked her to fill it up gap with the smoothie. She said it’s because it’s frozen, girl i make smoothies at home myself too, that BIG gap is for sure not just “being frozen”. I’ve been a fan to oakberry’s drinks and bowls, but if this is how customers are treated moving forward , i don’t wanna come back anymore.
My fav place to stop by after a pilates class. I love their açai bowls & smoothies, staff are always friendly & service is fast. It’s a bit of a smaller location so only downside is there’s no seating area! I always do the ‘create your own’ & the cacao nibs + almond butter toppings are my go-to.
Great new açai store! Open 9-9. Stopped by after grabbing some groceries over at the Galleria. The store is clean, organized and the staff are friendly and fast. They have a little bit of seating as well. I got the original with no modifications but it was a bit plain - I should have gotten more add-on toppings (they’re free!) but I was in a rush haha. Perfect treat for a hot day - almost all of their menu is vegan and they have GF options too! I recognized them since I’ve been walking past their “opening soon” sign at Bay Adelaide Centre for the past few months. Can’t wait to visit them at their new location near my office when they open!
My wife is Brazilian and we met in Australia. We always loved getting açaí and were thrilled when this oakberry was announced close to us!! We’ve been here 3 times now and it’s so good to have a little slice of home for her and one of my favorites to eat! Thanks team?
The taste of the Acai was one of the best I’ve tried. Nice to see a Acai place in the area. We got the Oak and added all our toppings, definitely would recommend to anyone. We got granola, peanut butter, coconut, all the fruits and chia seeds. It was a 10/10 and can’t wait to try it agin in the future.
