They don't have any idea how to run business. More than often their shop is close, they had never picked my call even they have uploaded their business timing but no one picks call within their hours. Like today I called them, no one picked it, then I went to their shop and it was closed while according to google it should be open till 7 pm.
This store has extremely poor service quality. I’ve been trying to pick up a package for three days, but every time I visit, the store is closed. They do not adhere to their posted operating hours.
Very reasonable prices, quick service and friendly store owners. Tons of services available and they go above and beyond to help you out. Definitely recommended not only for the area residents but everybody else. A+
This place only gets low stars due to poor customer service. Other than that, everything is fine and this place is helpful if you need passport photos, printing and photo copies and computer time. They also do UPS shipping I think. It’s just that when you have to interact with them, (husband and wife I think) they are quite rude and unhelpful.
Store says open on Sundays (only closed on Sundays during May according to sign), open sign is all lit up, door is locked and no one there. Post accurate hours, I now will not be able to receive my package.
Poor service also non professional.I applied for urgent Canadian passport and take photos in web fusion. Passport officer he rejected those photos.plz don’t take photos there they are cheap but not professional.
The owner of the store is really friendly, I have been visiting the store from almost 4 years never had any issue. The prices are really low compared to other places.
