Called the phone number on the website and was told to order online, delivery arrived earlier than expected but was not able to use the product- control board for furnace. planning to return the product, called the number multiple times with no answer, leave a voice mail with no call back, sent an email with no response. do not order here, it's a scam!
Try stay away from this company, not commuication at all, received item that didnt work, looking to refund or exchange, sent 3 emails and left 2 voice messages within a week, no one respond at all, tried to call after couple days again, and their voice message is full already.
Made an online order on Monday haven't received any confirmation via email. Have emailed and called but doesn't let you leave a voice mail. Looking at the below reviews too, making me more worried at this point.
I bought a furnace control board from here and was told I would receive an email with shipping info- never happened. I got the part and it did not fix the problem. I have tried calling their phone ,no room to leave a message. Have tried emailing, no answers. wish I had bought the board from somewhere with customer service. Definitely seems like a sketchy operation, but feel free to prove me wrong.
Ordered from their website on Tuesday and With express shipping. Was supposed to come next day (wednesday), but nothing . Waited until Thursday still nothing. Called number, wrong number. Called another number straight to voice mail. Sent an email to get update on package as I have no tracking information. No reply. Not sure if I’ll receive my product or not. Feels like it’s a hoax. Will update if I hear back, but at this point I would say be careful. UPDATE: received product today (following Tuesday), didn’t hear back or anything just showed up at the door. Gave 2 star instead of 1 for at least getting my product. Sketch bidness
Ordered a part for my water heater and they where the only place that actually had the part instock and at a reasonable price. I placed my order at 11am and it was ready to be shipped by 11:30am. Got the part the next day and was packaged and labeled properly as it was a fragile item. Will definitely order from them again.
Ordered a part for my LG ductless but unfortuanly the part was not compatible and they had no replacement. Customer service (Jenny) was kind enough to take the part back with no hesitation. I will buy from them again if needed. Great customer service. AA++
