Claw machines had maybe a handful of stuffies in them. The claw machines in the centre were used to display larger toys, not for actual use. 4 other machines, 2 of which were the "Guaranteed Win" ones were out of order. Perhaps there's a supply issue happening, alongside technical difficulties, because the person working there wasn't filling the claw machines, and it wasn't busy so there was opportunity to do that. My child managed to get a ball from one of the claw machines, but was told he couldn't keep it. The worker said "That's stealing". Not sure why you'd have something in a claw machine if you don't want the person to keep it if they retrieve it. The atmosphere is fun, there are toys and such for actual purchase. The concept of the store is great. Maybe we showed up on a bad day, but the execution of said concept was awful.
? My nephew and I had such a lovely experience at Claw World at Centerpoint Mall in North York, and I want to give a big thank you to Gabrielle for her amazing service! It was our first time at this particular mall—and my nephew’s very first time ever at Centerpoint Mall. We had just stepped out for a little walk to get a new screen protector, and after walking for over 30 minutes, we were pretty tired. We stopped for a break, had some tea and a snack, and then decided to explore. That’s when we discovered Claw World—and it turned out to be the highlight of our day! Gabrielle was so friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain how everything works, how many coins each machine needs, and gave us great tips. My nephew picked a machine he liked, we gave it a try, and we actually won a prize! He was beyond happy—and so was I. Gabrielle truly made our visit special. She went above and beyond to help us, and I really appreciated her kindness and patience. Employees like her make places like this shine. Thank you, Gabrielle!
My kids had a wonderful experience here. The attendant was extremely helpful and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely be returning again.
The worker there was really nice, but the only thing that brought down my experience was the machines I found the machines to be kind of a week it would go down pick up this item and drop it. It would barely make it over to the pie shoot I only got one plushy and even for that I had to try like five times.
What a scam, the lady told my Granddaughter it’s a win every time, as long as you can pick up the prize with the claw ! She picked it up & the machine stopped working & just dropped the prize It’s supposed to move to the door slot I told the lady what happened & she said “oh well “ My granddaughter was devastated! I can’t understand how people can run a business this way … DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
My experience at Claw World was amazing! The cashier was very nice and rearranged the toys inside the machine so that my two daughters could get more prizes. Additionally, she gave us free legos for the kids. We tried the $25 unlimited claw machine challenge and ended up winning over 20 prizes. I would highly recommend taking your kids here.
I had so much fun at Claw World and their 3 minute all you can grab challenge was amazing! I’d definitely recommend stopping by and I know you’ll have such a fun time playing their claw machine games!
