I bought a set of Cion operated laundry machines from these guys thinking it was gone be great deal was I ever wrong !!!!! …. I payed 1400 for the set and they said if you have any problems call us you have 3 mounts warnty .so the they came installed them first thing brakes is the dryer so called the store Mario there technician came out he said it’s how my vent was installed and everything he got the machine running after 2 days broke again! So I give up and buy anthour dryer . Then over the Christmas brake the washing machine brakes so I had to go anthour washing machine . Save your time and money and peace mind don’t deal with these guys All THEY HAVE IS JUNK !!!!!!
I WOULD NEVER TRUST THESE GUYS AGAIN!! These guys are selling half fixed garbage give you a 3 month warrant, come and fix things during the 3 months and then just leave you hanging dry when the same issue isn't being fixed.
Fred at Appliance Warehouse has a very bad attitude. I brought a coin laundry machine from them couple month ago and it broken. I called to have them to come and fix it, they keep saying the technician will call me back but they never did. I calls days and days and no one come. I feel this is like a set up. They sell broken used appliances, then have their technician come out and charge the fee. However, it's not just that, they also give very bad attitude. This is unacceptable. This type of business should not be around!!! It's a set up! It's a trap!
I buy the electric stove.they charge delivery fees but they put it in the driveway they.they said 3 months warranty. They didn't give me the warranty package.
Friendly staff, but I was not satisfied with the fridge my landlord purchased there. I am having to throw away food that doesn't keep long in it. the gasket is old and it's separating from the door, and they said it was a factory defect to avoid replacing it.
Great service. Called in the Morning, by the afternoon technician was there and took care of one of our Rentals Dryer. Highly recommended. Will defuse them again for future repairs.
Unfortunately, I purchased 2 May Tag washers and a LG fridge from this junk store. I have had to get all of these appliances serviced several times now; after breaking down multiple times. I called for support and was treated rudely, dismissed and offered no assistance. They are a crooked and dishonest operation and should be avoided at all cost!
