The team was honest and committed throughout the process, and I was so pleased with their service that I ended up purchasing a second 2022 Model Y Long Range from them shortly after! I’m extremely happy with both vehicles and the value I received. A big shout out to Dimitri—he’s a man of his word and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was delivered as promised. If I could suggest one area for improvement, it would be their communication. Having a full-time receptionist or front-desk support could help streamline customer updates and follow-ups. Overall, a great experience. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re in the market for a quality used EV!
