The hospitality, service and repair is perfect. I was there becase of the bunk heater issue on my freightliner smart park APU system. And the problem solved and it's working properly. But the problem I had with the work, after I got the truck, everything needed to be replaced left behind!! Cat walk was not inflated, my auxiliary battery storage cap is not properly fastened and can not open now, in the cab tray on the fridge removed!! This part was diapointed.
I had problems with my something draining my battery. It was a difficult problem to fix. They worked on it until they fixed it and charged me a reasonable price. They picked my car up and delivered it. It took 3 times to fix it but they never charged me more. Very honest and conscientious and friendly. I would recommend them without question.
Got recommended to these guys , when no one else NOT EVEN THE MANUFACTURER could figure my electrical issue out, these guys assured me it would b fixed , honest fair and reliable , i would recommend anyone looking to get auto electric repairs , do not hesitate and check these guys out . I have been comming to J M Auto for 10 yrs. I rate this place as follows. Knowledge 100% good Service 100% good Friendly 100% friendly. Parking 80% of space always ocupied. Price 100% fair. Now here comes the negative; if you don't know, this is a small place with a few technicians; owner works hard on the floor as well. If you call, sometimes he doesn't have the time to entertain phone calls. Be patient... they are the best techs you can find for these day modern and computerized trucks. Do not wast your time in the dealer if you have Emissions or electric problems. Go here.
Such a rude person on the phone. Called for a appointment and he is like call again to find out when we are not busy. I asked him if they can give me an appointment and he hangup the phone... I would give -Star if google allows.
Experienced high levels of rudeness & arrogance this morning. I was advised to come on Saturday morning after 10am. I was at their reception at 11am. Mr. Reza rudely updated me that its afternoon and not a morning. I requested to see George but Reza came back with a message that he is too busy and out of time (arrogant, right) I left & called on their office phone, Reza answered the phone saying he can't take a message as he is driving a vehicle. Called back again in 10 minutes, spoke with George directly, gave him a full chance to retract but....no future appointment offered (still arrogant,agree?) He kept repeating that he he will speak with Reza but no solution offered for my time wasted. I wish them good luck for more business but with better customer service. I avoid arrogance all times and will not go back.
