Terrible terrible service. DO NOT GO HERE. I had a small chip in windshield, they promised to fix it. After an hour of waiting they advised they cannot fully repair but stopped the chip from “spreading”. Additionally, still wanted me to pay the FULL price for an incomplete job. Super unprofessional. Save your coins & head to another shop that’ll do right by you!!

Murphy's Law Review: Older 2011 BMW Coupe windshield with rain sensor replacement: Prices are in the top 10% best. Service at my house. They scheduled it a couple of days later. My Service man was Salam. The windshield they'd brought had scratches, so they had to go get another one and after an hour delay, the new one arrived and was installed. I had been quoted new molding but some of my old molding was used after an explanation and I was ok with it because there wasn't any other molding but there would be gaps at certain points visibly to me but not penetrable by rain. Because it was an older car I just went with it. I was fortunate that my car was facing the sun after the install because sitting inside, the strong contrast lighting allowed me to see scratches in this new windshield that I don't believe I'd easily have seen in shade or overcast weather. I dont believe the service man could easily see them either. Salam had left 30 mins or so before but when I called he came back and said they need to replace it but, days later. When I called Allen at the office to schedule a replacement, at first I was asked to bring the car in to them but when I reminded them the service I paid for was at my home and asked them to honor this, they arranged for Salam to come back and he replaced it. When Salam came back he used different molding that didn't leave any gaps this time at all and this was more appealing than what had been done before. A few days later it rained, and something seemed off with my windshield sensor picking up intermittent rain to wipe it away.I'd describe the problem as the frequency control only operated on high. I called a friend who has a scanner business to read engine fault codes and when he ran the scan, my car windshield sensor came back with a red flag. The friend told me the typical process is to run a scan before the windshield / sensor replacement to make sure there is no pre-existing problem the windshield installer could be blamed for, then replace the windshield, then based on my car- the BMW manual indicates an initialization is supposed to be run, then run a post install scan to make sure no red flags to finish. None of this was done. I had to go to their main office to see if they could fix this because the 12k scanner doesn't travel with mobile install team. Also, it was explained the windshield sensor just plugs in and plugs out, so there's not much error an installer can commit. The office manager who first attempted to clear the flags, opened up the sensor, explained and showed me that everything seemed to be working ok but he couldn't clear the codes, it seems he didn't want to take a chance at messing anything else up. I was not left with the feeling he put a lot of effort in. After he left and I sat in the car wondering what my next step should be, I was lucky that Salam arrived, he remembered me, I told him the problem, he told me to pull in the car and he'd clear the codes. I watched as Salam repeatedly tried everything to clear the error codes and take apart and reattach the sensor module plug in. He literally tried everything. I give Salam a 5 out 5, great guy! After Salam's effort and explanation, I was ok with the idea my car is older and perhaps its just one of those odd things with old cars and not being able to clear the error codes. Now, there were a lot of weird things that happened with my install, how much of that was bad luck, how much was quality control and preparedness? You be the judge, but although I'm not thrilled the error code is still there, 3 windshield attempts, the initial molding and a drive to their office, the windshield is clear as day and the sensor seems to be working... for now. I'm a glass half full guy. Price 4.5/5; Quality Control 1/5; Service Man (Salam) 4.5/5; Resolution Process 2.5/5...Overall 62% or 3.1/5

Just had a great experience. I had same day windshield glass repair. Salam did a great job. I can barely tell where the repair was done! He repaired it in my driveway in a matter of minutes. Very pleased!

Although they were very quick to respond for my windshield replacement request, which was greatly appreciated, I would not recommend this place. I brought in my vehicle and the driver side glove compartment was broken( doesn’t close anymore) and the manager gaslighted me to believe it was already like that from the start. Upon closer inspection, the screws of the driver glove compartment are exposed in comparison to the passenger side. This was not how I purchased my Lexus and now I need to repair it from the dealership which is another expense. It is very obvious they took it apart and screwed it back in. Have some respect towards peoples’ property. They’ve worked very hard to earn it. Overall disappointing.
