I've been to couple auto shops before and from my experience, I can say Magic Auto has the most honest and fair pricing. I would highly recommend this place.
You can get your cars service and body work done here, and you will be more than satisfied because Steven and his team go above and beyond. And also the price point will be satisfactory as well. He quoted the least of all the different famous collision repair shops. He can also help you rent a car while its in repair. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the job.
Can't recommend this place enough. Brought my KIA Optima in to Magic Auto this morning and they diagnosed and fixed the rattling in my car by the end of the day. No one has been able to help for over 3 months. Thank you thank you!
Amazing experience every time. My family has been coming here for years anytime something comes up with the car. Each time they are so attentive, accommodating, and very honest. I know I can trust their opinion and suggestions. Always providing great service and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
Called initially to see if I could show up to get a quote, they said yes. I showed up two days later and might’ve had the best experience at a mechanic I’ve had thus far. Not only was my experience quick but unexpectedly generous and HONEST. The guys working here were actually extremely kind with their time and service, especially because I could tell they were pretty busy. They gave me a fair quote, at the same time they also noticed my tire was flat (I didn’t realize I was driving around with a flat tire), and they patched it up and didn’t even want anything for it and when I insisted they gave me a really cheap price for it. I’d literally never met these guys or been here before but was referred over by a friend of a friend. Will be back and could confidently recommend this place to anyone looking for honest mechanics
Does not keep appointments. If you like wasting your time, this is the place for you. I made an appointment for Saturday 9 am which are the posted business operating hours. Arrived early and ended up sitting in the waiting room for over an hour before just leaving. During my time waiting, there were 2 guys milling about the shop moving cars, etc, without acknowledging me. I asked twice about my appointment and was told to wait. No mention of how long to wait, no offer to bring the car in to start working on it, no followup calls from owner or receptions regarding the appointment. Just complete waste of my time.
Most overrated auto shop. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this shop unless you are ok with wasting your money and time. The owners seem friendly and funny only to trick you into believing them that they are trustworthy... Wrong!
