I bought a muffler on september 1st for a nissan versa. This muffler is made in china and everything about it is bad. The welds are so bad its almost like I made it myself. I was not able to install it because they welded a piece of metal inside the flange for no reason and I can't remove it. I had to throw it away because I can't return it. Edit for the owner. order #34220. Painted or modified parts cannot be returned. Please change your supplier.
What a great outfit! John and crew gave an old car a second chance. Genuine parts from the dealer we’re at such a price point that the only viable option was to dispose of the car (it’s a 2010 with 260k). Muffler Express to the rescue! Parts were a fraction of the cost and as per my mechanic, quality was high and fit was perfect. He plans on ordering from ME from now on.
Very Poor quality parts and poor customer service. DO NOT and I REPEAT DO NOT purchase from this company or you will regret it. They will not pay to return defective parts, nor will they return your full amount but rather charge you a restocking fee for parts that are built incorrectly. I am leaving this review to warn off others against buying counterfeit parts.
