Sue was very helpful. She was very patient and was thorough in answering all our questions about strollers and car seats. She even demonstrated a few of them for us and gave us alternatives for what we are looking for, while highlighting the pros and cons of each alternatives. Needless to say, we learned a lot.
One of the worst customer service I've ever received. Went there to pick up a mobile order and the employee outright ripped the receipt and the packaging along with the receipt. Called her 'supervisor' who was extremely rude. I had to purchase a different product while wasting 20+ min for a simple mobile pick up. Avoid this store at all cost!!
Liars and false advertising. Me and my friend both pregnant. She got a swag bag after making her registry. Then I went to get mine and they denied and lied to my face saying they don't give out swag bag. Whereas I also saw on tiktok they have swag bags.
