Great venue, great staff. My only complaint was that the washroom was downstairs, which after a night of drinking and wearing high heels isn't the safest thing. I'm just saying maybe not the best location for the bathrooms.
Had our Christmas party here yesterday and the bartenders are shady. The female bartender would water down the drinks and the male bartender was charging double from what the female bartender was charging. Very shady.
It was such a tough decision choosing the right venue, but we couldn’t have been happier with the Grand Luxe. Working with venue coordinator, Valentina, made it all so much better. She is such a nice person, with such a positive attitude and amazing energy. Every time we came to visit the venue, she was always able to brighten up our day. Her natural excitement was always so contagious. But it wasn’t just Valentina that made the venue exceptional, it was the space itself. It was perfect for our wedding in terms of size and location. And the food was soooo good! Plus, the service was fantastic. All our guests commented on how great the food was and how nice everyone was. Valentina, thank you again for everything! We had a good experience at this place from the management, Valentina, Chantel to the manager esp wanted to mention Nikita , he goes and beyond a few extra miles for all the details , all the other servers ( sorry missed your names)are very patience, very friendly , sincere and helpful. Basically every single one I met are excellent I would highly and strongly recommend this place
Amazing food, staff, service and an all around incredible venue to host any event! Our wedding was absolutely perfection thanks to their close attention to detail, and we are beyond grateful to everyone that was a part of our big day. A special shoutout to Valentina & Chantelle for their hard work and dedication towards creating the most amazing day that went off without a hitch! Valentina from the start listened patiently to all our requests from the beginning to the end . She made this experience so easy . The venue was beautiful and the food and service outstanding. Highly recommend the Grand Lux
Attended a Caribana Band Launch at this Venue during one of my Stays in Toronto, Representing Team Venom Carnival. The Experience was pretty good. It was a Caribbean Themed Event and the Venue was adequate in size and design, fitted with Washrooms and a Bar. There wasn't any clutter of Patrons, and Parking was available for Guess, at no extra Cost, limited, but still available.
