My colleague and her sister reccomend Blissful Wiink when I asked if they knew a place that does nice eyelash extensions. This is the first time that Ive ever gotten eyelash extensions done professionally and I am absolutely in looove with how they turned out and the experience was nice. Withney was very patient and informative about the aftercare and took her time perfecting the lashes and ensured that I was comfortable.
This lash tech is extremely rude and unprofessional. She arrived 30 minutes late for the appointment and I had to wait at a nearby coffee shop. When I complained about the fact that she was late, she said I was being rude to her. Mind you, I only told her that it’s crazy that I have to wait for 30 minutes. Her excuse was that she had forgotten her charger at home and had to go back and then there was traffic. To me, all of that sounds like it was caused by a lack of planning. She doesn’t take accountability whatsoever. Also, when I first got in, the first thing she said to me was do you still wanna get your lashes done or should I give you a refund? There was no apology at that point, it was her offering a refund when I had to wait outside all because I said it was crazy that I had to wait over 30 minutes. On top of that, she played on my face cause the lashes were extremely terrible. She had put big clumps of lashes per lash and it was extremely spaced out. They looked too full and I had asked for a light set. It wasn’t even up to an hour after the appointment when I noticed some lashes starting to fall. I eventually took it all out that day. This is just so everyone knows what they’re getting into if they’re gonna book a service with this lash tech. She’s rude, lacks accountability and most importantly, her work is terrible as the lashes retention is bad and she doesn’t do what you ask.
I am really displeased with the service by this lash artist as I recently did my lashes which was a ‘Light Volume set’ and so much have fallen out. I messaged the lash tech approximately 8 days after my appointment to let her know that I will book the 7 day to refill as I am not looking for a free refill but I realized she had applied bigger fans but they were spaced out, so when they were falling out, it looked very sparse. Tech informed me I could only book a refill for $100 after paying $135 for the service only 8 days ago, states that she is not responsible for retention after 7 days which is not accurately stated in her policy. As per the screenshot, only eight things are in policy is lined out and none of that included what she said (there is a difference between outlined policy and mandates to book a certain service) which was also mentioned to her. She also arrived 30 minutes late to the appointment which I had to stand outside at a nearby coffee shop until someone brought her studio keys. She finished the appointment under 2.5 hours which clearly means that it was rushed to get to her next client and I didn’t complain the whole time. I’m just writing this review to let anybody know who is interested in booking that you get what you get with this lash tech and there’s no room to complain about anything as she does not hold herself accountable. If you are paying $135 for a service with your hard earned money you deserve someone who is dedicated to their craft and client satisfaction.

Withney was not only incredibly knowledgeable about different lash styles and techniques but also exceptionally talented in her application. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. Her kindness and the comfortable atmosphere she created made me feel relaxed and at ease throughout the entire process. It's clear that she is passionate about her craft and genuinely cares about her clients' satisfaction. I highly recommend this lash business to anyone looking for high-quality lashes and a wonderful experience!
Withney is honestly the best. I’ve been going to her for a number of years and she is not only an amazing lash tech but an equally amazing person. Her attention to detail is insane. Each set she creates is specific to her client’s eye shape. Her entire shop is a VIBE. So beautiful and calming and the perfect place to take a nap!! You won’t ever be disappointed with Withney. Once she does your lashes, you will ALWAYS continue going back to her!!
