I called the salon twice to confirm the email address of the salon. The staff member initially gave me the wrong email and then confirmed it again on my second call before finally giving a different one (my email was returned after the first phone call to the salon). On all calls, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. Never awknowledging my thanks or speaking politely. On third call, I asked her first name to refrence the conversation in a complaint email and she refused and hung up. I don't have her name, but based on her accent, she seemed of Guyanese or Trinidadian descent. Unfortunately, her rudeness has left me unwilling to visit the salon or work with this team.
I got a haircut today. The stylist Chiara took care of me. She did an excellent job because I’m a picky person. It’s hard for me to find someone who can cut my hair. But I felt very comfortable and at ease. And honestly, it was quite fast. I will back
Just like the rest of the neighbourhood businesses, this place hires people who can barely speak English, this is unacceptable. Canada has 2 OFFICIAL languages and English is primarily used in Ontario. Encountering employees that cannot communicate freely in English is not very inclusive and makes me feel unwelcome as I do not speak the language they do. English is the language of business in Canada, without this common element things cannot run very smoothly or profitably.
Transformative hair design found here. There are some of Torontos most talented artists found at this location. The colour techs are experienced in all hair types. Products are all top of the line & available in house to be tried while having your beauty experience. Other beauty services available on location which also really interest me. Parking is free & available. At Capelli, the atmosphere & people at this establishment are just, lovely helping you leave feeling fresh & absolutely fabulous. Thank you to everyone there, including the receptionist who also truly cares about people in general. Overall, Capelli’s, in my opinion is a high end hair salon.. definitely check out Capelli’s “ before & after “ photos online too. Fantastic!
I made a phone call to them Was not there in person. Prices are expensive and unlike some other businesses, they still charge tax even when cash is paid.
I love Capelli Salon in Bayview Village Shopping Center! I have been coming here for the past 15 years and even though I don't live in the city anymore I still make the drive. They have world class services and it starts from the moment you walk in the door and are greeted by Samantha at reception, who greets all clients by their name and a smile (under her mask). The great service continues with Gwen who is the best colorist! No matter what colours she mixes for me, it always looks amazing and always make me feel beautiful! Next is Julianna who give the best haircut! All of her styles compliment my face and always look good even when my hair grows long! If you are looking for exceptional stylists and service go to Capelli you won't be disappointed!
My experiences at Capelli have been excellent. I am constantly pampered when I go and am always happy with their overall level of professionalism. I highly recommend Karen for Balayage and Mario for cut and blow dry. Definitely will continue to go there for all of my hair necessities. Everyone is also such a pleasure to be around!!
