Got my eyebrows waxed here a few weeks ago and the lady was phenomenal, this was my favourite shaping and waxing I’ve ever had! She was so kind and helpful as I’m growing them out and wanting a different shape. They also took me last minute. A little girl got her ears pierced at the same time and they were so sweet with her and her mom.
The worst customer service ever! We took our 11months old baby to get her ears pierced on October 28th, Olivia gave us all the specifications and after care and also my husband and I remember she mentioned that if the earrings fall off they would put them back in a period of 3months period. In November 1st we were travelling and my daughter took away one of the earrings luckily we recover the complete earring and as we remember what they told us we decided to wait until we came back, on November 18th we went to get her ear pierced again and what was our surprise, Olivia wasn’t there but the lady at the front and the staff member that would do piercing who was the same who pierced my daughter the first time told us that no way we can get the earring pierced again because THEY DONT DO THAT, that I have to pay another $84+ to buy another PAIR of earrings in order for my daughter to get her other earring! Doesn’t make sense since I HAD THE EARRING! I denied to pay and my daughter had her First Birthday Party wearing only one earring. On December 17th I went to Sherway Gardens Mall and saw a Caryl Baker Visage Store there and went to ask if my daughter could have her ear pierced she said since it was done so recently and was done in one of the locations of the brand she would do it for FREE as a Customer Service. So the following Wednesday I brought my receipt and the earring and she had all done in less than 5min, my daughter barely cried and I had a great experience at that location. I do not recommend the Caryl Baker Visage at Fairview Mall at all, look for any other location but that one.
Emily is the best out of the best for all her services but is the only person I trust with my brows. Her thoughtful conversation and wonderful technique make getting waxed a pleasant experience. her relaxing facials are heaven and has almost talked me into getting pierced. 10/10 would recommend!!
Did piercing for our infant/toddler. We went across the city to this location based on the reviews, and was abit disappointed it was all about making more sales. Staff member seemed great at first until our infant's earing fell out, felt like we got fooled. We bought the cleaning solution which we were specifically told to 'pull each side of the ear and clean underneath' and later found this technique and the ingredients in the solution only causes the earrings to loosen and come off! (Of course later on our re-piercing appointment we got told to push it inside each time after cleaning) --we did not think it'll easily come off and have to do that! ..but now you know! Would not recommend to get this for anyone under 3 since it can be a chocking hazard!!! Also when the earing fell off, we thought we could just put it back in, but called them to confirm, and said to bring it and they'll re-do it. And we went all the way back, only to find we have to buy it again for almost $100 for the re-piercing ..did not mention anything about paying/having to buy new one on the phone when initially called to confirm...which we ended up doing since went all the way there, so felt tricked to make more sales.
Brought my 7 month old baby to get her ears pierced. Achante was very friendly and took her time to explain the process and was very gentle with my baby as well and making her laugh and feel comfortable before getting started. The whole experience was amazing. Thanks Achante!
I got ear piercings for me and my 10yo sister here and the ladies here were so sweet, professional and quick. Our ear piercer, Jacqueline, was super friendly and understanding and walked my sister through the whole process and aftercare steps when she was nervous. Would definitely recommend CB visage :))
Came here to get my 7 month old twins' ears pierced after reading the other reviews about infant piercing. Achanté did an incredible job for both. She was very professional, patient and kind. I am extremely pleased with her piercing work on both babies and was happy to learn she had two years' experience doing so on hundreds on babies and kids! That said, I took one star off because the "free piercing" with purchase of earrings is misleading. I bought two tiny pairs of 14K gold studs with flower cubic zirconias that cost $100 APIECE including tax - a pretty ridiculous price tag (the cheaper options at $49+ tx were not recommended for infants). However, despite this, the overall experience was great and I left pleased.?
