If you want the best lashes you must see Phoenix! I've been looking for a while and I am fussy. She helped me choose the best look for my eye shape and style and they are fire! The staff is pleasant and you feel like a long time friend on first visit. I will return always.
Phoenix has been the best lash tech I have ever had. She prides herself in her work and never disappoints. More than one occasion, it was hot out and the glue had become compromised (as any glue from any lash tech would) and she offered to fix them when she was fully booked, and still managed to care enough to fit me in and fix them, even though it wasn’t her problem nor her fault. She has genuine love for her clients and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else who could possibly be better. It is a normal occurrence for my lashes to last and stay full and gorgeous for up to 2+ weeks due to the quality and talent of her and her products. If you want the best lashes, then Phoenix is the girl to go to. Much love xx
I have been a client of this lash studio for several months, and lash technician Wymi has performed mini fills for me on previous occasions. Originally, I intended to have a full refill at my most recent appointment. However, due to my mother experiencing significant pain from a recent tooth extraction, I was only able to stay for a one-hour mini fill instead. The night before the appointment, I contacted Wymi directly on her private number, as she had instructed me to book with her personally, citing concerns about the reception staff’s professionalism. Early the next morning, the salon called to confirm my appointment. The manager told me that Wymi had agreed to do the one-hour mini fill this time only, but not in the future. With this confirmation, I traveled 1.5 hours to attend the appointment. Upon arrival, Wymi insisted that she would only perform a 1.5-hour full fill service at a higher cost, refusing to accommodate the previously agreed one-hour mini fill. This was not an issue of payment but of the time I had available. Had I been informed of this change beforehand, I would have rescheduled for a day when I could stay longer. My goal was simply to maintain a presentable look with a mini fill, which I clearly communicated. Wymi has expressed dissatisfaction with another lash technician, Leah, for refusing to take me on due to my lash retention. However, Wymi herself declined to perform the mini fill today for similar reasons, which felt contradictory. The reception later admitted that confirming the shorter appointment was a mistake on their part. Unfortunately, this incident is part of a broader pattern of miscommunication at the salon. Despite properly canceling appointments when necessary, I have repeatedly received calls questioning my absence. Communication with Wymi has often been slow, sometimes taking several days, with explanations of phone issues along with her complicated availability which most of the time ends up to me coming in every 3 weeks. Additionally, I have been uncomfortable with Wymi’s unprofessional remarks regarding other staff and the owner itself. After wasting approximately 30 minutes, Wymi agreed to only attend to my mother’s lashes not mine. During the appointment, Wymi was repeatedly audible making sounds that indicated reluctance to perform the service, which made my mother feel uncomfortable and upset. Furthermore, Wymi’s ongoing negative comments about the staff caused my mother to become angry and leave prematurely. While my mother was visibly upset and explaining her reasons for leaving, Wymi was laughing and mocking her taking no accountability. I found this conduct to be very disrespectful. What I found most frustrating was being told there was no time for a one-hour appointment unless I paid for a longer, more expensive service. After driving a significant distance, I left without receiving service, and my mother remained in pain due to the trip. Clear and timely communication regarding appointment availability and pricing would have prevented this unnecessary inconvenience. It is important to treat customers with respect and understanding, This entire situation was never about money. In my experience, Wymi does not seem to genuinely care about her clients, even when they travel a long distance or explain they are unwell and in pain. For just an extra $50, she was willing to lose two loyal clients rather than make an exception especially considering the miscommunication and booking errors were on the business’s side. Over time, her true colours became apparent. How a person handles situations like this really shows a lot about their character and how much they truly care about their clients. Given these experiences (3rd bad experience here) I will never be returning again.

Had a great experience at Lashgod. I loved the atmosphere and all the girls that work there. I got my eyelashes done by Adriana, she did an amazing job, and I’m actually surprised on how well and how long my eyelashes stayed on. I got them done before my trip to Vegas and they survived Atving in the desert and drunk sloppy nights Lol. Another thing for me was that they did not irritate my eyes at all. My friend got her eyelashes done at another place (that was her first mistake,) and she kept complaining on how much they bothered her, and the glue was irritating. If I’m being completely honest, I felt like I didn’t even have any on, and the glue did not irritate me at all. Definitely good quality. I will definitely return and definitely recommend this place to anybody that wants a little pampering! - and done the right way! If you want to get your eyelashes done, I definitely recommend going to Lashgod and checking out all the other services that they offer.
