Cozy shop in the Yonge and Finch area, very nice deco (especially the hair washing area and washroom), Stanley is very experienced and he listened to my instructions attentively, with checks and confirmations along the way, overall satisfied and would recommend this place to others!

I went today to the location for the first time to get a haircut, but the Chinese guy couldn’t speak English and then he charged me $36 and then I told them how I want this style. I showed them the picture everything he He said yes yes OK and then he couldn’t done it properly and then he keep asking me is it OK? Is it OK? I already told them everything I wanted and then when I got home, I saw that my left side is fade is higher than right side. The right side is lower than left side and then he didn’t done anything Properly and the way I want it. I just waste my money.. I had to end up doing the touch up and watching YouTube and do it by myself to make it better. He doesn’t know how to do A haircut. I don’t recommend that to go there if you need a high Quality haircut and a good stylethen good style don’t go there It’s a wasting time and wasting your money
Really bad experience with Kulio. We had an appointment but still had to wait 30+ minutes before being attended to. After finally being attended to, Kulio was working on two customers at once while also acting as the receptionist. That meant he would pause the haircut multiple times to go do something else while your hair was wet and you were just sitting there waiting for him. More time was spent waiting around for him than on the haircut itself. He rushed the haircut and didn’t even do a good job with the final result. Honestly could not be more disappointed for a $100 haircut. For that price, would have expected the service to be MUCH better. Regret coming here.
I came on time but they makes me wait more than 1 hour...over booking...if not enough staff don’t take reservations. I felt wasted my time.i don’t go there anymore
It was definitely an amazing experience here. Kulio and the hair assistant were super nice with explaining all the steps and colour dyeing. Great products were used, and my hair was not even super damage at all. Atmosphere was good, and everyone was friendly and being professional at the same time.
several friends told me their terrible service at the store. They always give you some extra stuff without telling you it's gonna be extra charge. Tips is always "secretly" required during checkout. They don't tell you ahead!! Not recommended at all!
