Yeonjoo did my lashes, she was very patient and caring and made sure my eyes were comfortable during the lashing process. She was very patient and took her time to give me perfect lashes. I highly recommend her for anyone who wants to get their lashes done.
Yeonjoo was very gentle and kind, and analyzed my lashes to give me a set that suits my eye shape the best (monolids)!! She even offered a earlier appointment which was beneficial for me since I had an early day ahead of me the next day. I booked a last-minute/morning of appt for women’s cut for 11am on Nov 6 because my morning meetings got cancelled, but I still needed to be back at work by 1230 pm. I tried calling the salon around 10am to see if they could take me earlier, but the phone kept rining, so I figured I’d just show up and hope for the best. When I arrived, the nail tech greeted me and said Ella would probably be in by 11am, maybe 1050am. No problem. At 11am I was told the appointment didn’t update in time and Ella actually had no idea I even existed. She’d be arriving at 1140am. Not ideal. They said Chloe lived close by and was already on her way, arriving in 15 minutes. At this point, I was skeptical because that left only 45 minutes to wash, cut, blow-dry, and hope for a miracle. Was starting to second guess my last-minute life decisions. Well, at 1115am Chloe walks in, apologizing nonstop, and immediately gets to work. During the consultation she told me not to worry because she was fast. I showed her some inspo photos, she gave thoughtful suggestions based on my hair texture and face shape, and then she got down to business. Let me tell you… this haircut was a spiritual experience. I have coarse, mid-length Asian hair that usually requires patience, strategy, and possibly a prayer. Chloe handled my hair with pure confidence. She cut, washed, and blow-dried it like she was born for this moment. Her “rushed” cut was better than every slow, meticulous haircut I’ve ever had. I was out the door by 1150 am looking great, on time for work, and slightly in love with her skill set. She honoured Ella’s price, handed me snacks like a proud Asian auntie, and even followed up with a text later apologizing again. First impressions matter, and Chloe absolutely delivered. I appreciate their honesty and how they took accountability for their error and went above and beyond to make up for that experience. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back. Bonus perks: FREE parking behind the salon and a clean, tidy facility.
Friendly staff and very cozy. Both Chloe and Ella were great !!! Would go again ! Ella looked at the picture gave me a cut that was to my expectations. Same with Chloe.
Chloe is very talented and always does an amazing job. I know she takes classes to keep up with the trends and I love this effort and passion about her. She is also very detailed oriented and this slightest difference seems to make a huge impact with my hair every time I get a haircut. Cannot go wrong and highly recommend this place! ?
