One of the worst place to come to I went to get my nails done the second time the last time the other girl did it. She did good but the only thing I didn’t like is that she keep asking me if I want to get my brows done I told her for the same time no I don’t wanna get my brows done, but she wasn’t there this morning when I went. I’m not a girl by the name of Anna did my nails and the upsetting part is she built it really good but the upsetting part is that when she was doing my legs, she did not even checked to see if the nails are measured. The nails are the same length someone long and one hand was longer than the other hand. I will never come back to this place. I just came over to this place because it was so close to me because of the time that’s why I choose to come over here she took the nail file and after she’s finished doing my nails, she took the nail file and file it. She didn’t even check to see if they’re all level and that was so upsetting!!!! But I still when I go, heart ended up the tip not recommended Place at all they’re just like care about the money and they don’t care about their Clients
They are rude. Went to ask questions about the service. One person was OMG rolled her eyes and then started talking to the other tech in their language clearly about me. Also gave me 3 diffrent prices before I could even sit down. I left went somewhere else. Would not recommend.
Zen is AMAZING, she takes her time!!! usually i just go to whoever is available in the shop but now i always go to her and best believe i am always happy with my results and the shape/design never disappoints!! Last time i got french tips and ombre nails came out beautiful!??10/10 and Helen is also great as well i love going to her for my eyebrow waxes every two weeks! ??
Terrible technician…I asked for a GEL OVERLAY and they said they were using a gel powder which is something I’ve never heard of and I do nails myself…I’d understand if they were doing a dip powder but it wasn’t that. Her application was terrible and very messy especially around the cuticle area…I had product all over my fingers and it was just very poor overall….i then chose my colour and the colour in the bottle didn’t even match the sample colour…I’m aware that it’d appear different on my skin complexion but that wasn’t the case…the sample appeared darker and the bottle was so much brighter… she did my nails and I didn’t like how bright it was so I chose a different colour no problem….i tried to trust the process but was disappointed at every moment…I’m not that person to walk away from a service or not pay for a service despite how unhappy I am because I too know what it’s like to own a business…I just really didn’t appreciate that every time I tried to make a correction she either wouldn’t listen to me or just cut me off…i then proceeded to pay and when I realized how much I paid I asked the manger on duty at the time how did my amount become this much and she proceeded to explain. I then showed her my nails and asked her if she’s proud of the work her technician did and she didn’t even look at it and said yes….LIKE IN WHAT WORLD DOES THIS LOOK OKAY. My nails look like the chiclet gums we used to eat at kids. 0/10 overall If I could give 0 stars I would Oh and the cherry on top one of nails broke just as I got home and there’s uncured gel and my nails are sore from the excessive amount of product on and under my nail
The worst customer service they dont even know how to talk or explain to the customer I went for waxing on the phone I said I want bikini and Brazilian and she said 40$ Plus tax when I went there she did only bikini area but not Brazilian and I called they said of yeah we charge for one this much I was like you should explain not say both 40 and plus tax she took 45$ and she asked me if I give tip she said 5$ so wired never go again
While some staff like Michelle are amazing, some of the staff are very dis-respectful. I just tried to provide feedback, but the service provider told me that she does not care. Oh my god, her attitude was very bad. I felt like she is doing my nails for free.
Pedicure was not done properly in fact the worst Pedicure I've ever gotten ? the lady didn't srub or massage my feet she only put my feet to soak then polish my toes for $45 my experience was bad. I know I went upon closing time but if you are going to perform a poor job then charge less not the full amount. I wanted my feet scrub and massage that's y I paid for a Pedicure if I wanted polish only I would've paid for just that.The most expensive and worst Pedicure ever. I do not recommend.
