Ayal and KindHuman is the epitome of what a bike store should operate as. Super knowledgeable, honest and caring. I had a little incident on the road which damaged my wheels. I brought the bike to KindHuman for repairs and now I feel like I have a brand new bike to ride! I also got a true bike fit from Ayal and learned a lot about my bike and my cycling habits. I can’t wait to ride when the weather gets better! I will be referring all my cycling peers to KindHuman from now on.

Needed help with the hydraulic brakes for my project gravel / cyclocross bike. Ayal was able to accurately diagnosed the problem and provide the proper solution to it. No more brake pads rubbing and the stoping power is so good now. Wish I discovered this friendly and professional bike shop much sooner.
I am SO IMPRESSED with this company! It's the second time they've serviced a bike for me. The latest instance was this week when I dropped-off my gf's bike for repairs and seasonal maintenance. Whereas KH could have charged me for new parts, Ayal determined the bike required only a relatively simple fix. Not only was my final bill MUCH LOWER than I had anticipated, the repair was completed within hours!! If you ride Campy stuff, Ayal is the ONLY mechanic you will ever need. He also fixed a well known problem with my older Ti headset. All others, including the www. said you must just live with it that there was no fix. Not so. Ayal is truly gifted.
