This place is currently having their closing sale and it’s easy to see why. When I asked questions about additional sizes of dresses on the floor and getting a dressing room I was met with hostility. I walked around a corner to see if the could go on the other side of a rack (it was blocked so obviously I did not continue) and the same woman yelled at me from across the store. They also do not allow customers to use the bathroom. I get that sometimes that’s necessary, but I drove over an hour to get here so it was frustrating in conjunction with the other issues I experienced. If you’re a bridal size 10 or under, you could probably find a beautiful dress for a decent price, but don’t expect the wedding dress shopping “experience”, I couldn’t even get help with a broken dress in the dressing room. Otherwise, most of their prom/occasion dresses are still overpriced (ripped polyester, dresses missing beads/ties, and still $250+). The majority of the wedding dresses are also quite old - not used but older designs that have seen some wear from tryons. I spotted a bunch of Alfred Angelo dresses, and that brand went out of business 8 years ago.
As soon as i walked in i was met with hostility. they had a beautiful gown in the display window when i went into the store to ask to try it on one of the employees said “uh its a one of a kind 800$ dress we don’t just take it off the mannequin for anyone” while looking at me and my friend up and down. she was very condescending and rude and ruined the prom dress shopping experience. when a girl came in after me asking to try on the same dress another employee took it off the mannequin immediately. one of the sales associates was extremely helpful. she was sweet and offering suggestions and when i had picked out a few dresses she put them on a change room door for me. i looked at a few more dresses before going to the change room but when i got there the dresses were gone and not on the door anymore. the rude woman from when i walked in was holding my dresses and putting them away and when i told her i hadn’t tried them on yet she looked so annoyed and put them all on a random rack making me carry them all back to the change room. the selection isn’t bad they definitely have some treasures and i did end up getting my prom dress here. but mostly because of the one nice sales associate. the other woman deterred me from getting any other dresses. :/
The customer Service here is great! The ladies were very helpful and gave great expert advice. They care for their customers and have an enlightened approach!
Some of the dresses are good deals but most of the dresses are in a horrible state and still 600 dollars. Don’t expect anyone to help you, it feels like a thrift shop.
I recently went dress shopping here and was a little hesitant because of some of the reviews. I am very happy I decided To check this place out! As soon as I walked in Deborah welcomed me with a smile and was extremely helpful! She took one look at me a knew what kind of dress would look good on me and she was right! I said Yes to the dress all thanks to her! It was sad to hear this store will be closing this June. So ladies RUN and get your dress!
So the first time I went I went looking for a gala dress and customer service people pretty much ignored me and would not offer me a change room. Second time going and LAST time I went, my friend from British Colombia was visiting and when we entered we went to the wedding dresses. I was planning her wedding and I am close to engaged. They ignored my friend like I was the one getting married and because of no appointment we were told originally to stick to the off the rack dresses if we were serious about buying. Honestly, we were. Then after maybe 5 minutes we got approached by a different girl telling us to pretty much leave. Worst experience I've ever had shopping ever.
I went here with my friend to help her pick a wedding gown and we had Deborah as our sales associate. She was AMAZING. She knew the inventory very well and did a fabulous job hyping us up. A decent amount of dresses were quite dated in my opinion making it a lot to sort through, but there were still plenty of beautiful and unique gowns that were also reasonably priced. We ended saying yes to a dress!
