Honest review I'm very impressed with BBS and their customer service to home delivery. The staff are knowledgeable, patient, informative, and friendly; prices are amazing; and home delivery was a breeze. The delivery workers were more than on time, brought the materials directly into my home, and placed them very NEATLY into the space. This is my now my go-to supply store for all of my needs and recommendations. Absolutely NO complaints. Great job BBS!
I had a poor experience with these folks. After paying and scheduling delivery, they completely botched the delivery day/time. I was booked for Monday. They sent someone out on Monday to have a look at the delivery conditions (with boom). They seemed confident they could do it but would need to block traffic slightly (a short street with many alternate routes mind you). They said the office would call to confirm the time. I called the office and they claimed to be having some type of mechanical issues with the truck/boom. Consequently, my window installation (booked for Tuesday) was not able to be completed. I needed to leave a window open on 2nd and 3rd floor for drywall delivery. As a construction professional, this last minute/no notice rescheduling was a real problem. I fired them based on this lack of reliability. Fortunately, I found another drywall provider that was able to deliver on Monday the following week. The new company was $500. cheaper and they honoured the scheduled delivery day/time. Thanks for the headache Bernardi. Perhaps you will learn something from this review.
Been trying to call them for 2 days, yet they pick up and hang up instantly in my face without saying a word. The absolute disrespect is unlike anything I’ve experienced. Abysmal and likely speaks to the administration they have over there. You’d think a company looking to grow their business would have the decency to pick up the phone. I guess they’re all set business wise. Bravo to you folks

Good prices on Drywall products. They meet all your drywall needs. Fast service and delivery right into the house, main floor and basement, second floor if needed. They have a wide varity of building supplies.
Order got mixed up somehow. Header packaged with wrong legs (steel door assembly) had to make a 2nd long drive to this location. Would be 1 star, but for the fella who eventually helped me get it sorted. Good lad. Quality products, easy parking.
Product was decent as was the pricing, however I think this business lacks serious customer service skills. There was a very apathetic attitude in the store, calling the store to find out if my parts had arrived was more of a challenge than anyone could handle.
