I had an excellent service experience at City Cadillac thanks to Josh. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with from start to finish. Josh took the time to clearly explain the service needed, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. He was responsive, honest, and genuinely focused on making the experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone in service who communicates this well and follows through exactly as promised. Because of Josh, I’ll definitely be returning to City Cadillac for future service and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-notch customer care.
BIG SHOUT OUT !!! to Josh Lewis The Cadillac Service Advisor at City Cadillac at 1900 Victoria Park Avenue here in Toronto! My typical wait period for an oil change and on-rim winter tire switch on my 2020 Spark has been 4 to 5 hours!!! Josh is the exception. Despite it being the busy period at City Cadillac he got me in and out in 40 minutes! Unbelievable!! So nice to work with a very pleasant individual who is considerate of a customers time!
Everything was easy to do. The online booking was flawless, the intake process was quick and efficient and the service rep communicated clearly, was personable and a pleasure to deal with.
Brought our Cadilllac Lyriq in the day before for a 1:30 pm appt. To fix the handle on the driver's door. It does not project outwards when all other handles do. Your rep Will said it is unlikely you could look at the car that day. He wished we were told that before driving there. But, there could be a chance if we leave the car there for the afternoon. We had to pick up the car at 3 pm, so, we were told to go back yesterday. Had an appointment for 8:15 and the car was on your lot well ahead of that time. I called at 11:30 to see what's up, was passed on to Will. The phone just kept ringing with no way of leaving a message. I called back and left a message with your recptionist for Will to call me back. No call back. I called again, at 12:30 same thing, Will's phone rang and rang. I called again, your receptionist now said Will was on lunch, he would call me back. No call back. We called again at 2:00. Will said they have not looked at our car yet! Don't know the status, he would call back and let us know. No call back. We called again at 3:30, was told you ordered the part but don't know when it would be fixed. So I picked up the car at 5:30. Essentially, - making an appt with you means nothing. - Trying to reach Will by phone is a task in itself. - Will does not return calls. We had to be calling and calling. - We lost the use of our car one entire day and a few hours the day before and time going back and forth. I don't know where we stand now. I guess I have to call again, or does it take a miracle for you to reach out to your customer to keep us informed? This is the worst experience, (I won't call it service since I have received none) I have ever had with a car dealership. And this is our first visit to your place. Makes me wonder why we switched back to a N. Am. Car.
Travelled from Kingston Ontario to purchase my 2024 Cadillac XT5. I was fortunate to have Taylor as a sales representative and with the help of Russ I was able to make this long distance purchase. Even when I had to make changes to the agreed delivery time Taylor was able to meet me at the dealership.I was only at the dealership for a short time but was impressed with the professionalism the staff showed. Pride in their workplace was evident.
I can't say enough good things about City Buick. Both their sales and service departments! Josh in the service centre is always a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable, listens and cares about your experience. I have zero complaints and will continue to be a customer at this location despite having moved out of the city.
