What is disastrous experience I had with this bakery. I ordered a customized cake , the bread was too dry , and frosting was very hard, with a weird smell.will never coming back here.
I had a very disappointing experience with this cake shop. The cake was not ready on time as promised, which completely disrupted our plans. To make things worse, there was a strand of hair inside the cake—absolutely unacceptable for a food item. When I contacted them for a refund, they simply said that once a cake is sold, no refund is possible. This is extremely unprofessional and shows a lack of responsibility toward customers. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
Absolutely unacceptable and disappointing experience. I received a cake that was not only unhygienic but also of very poor quality. There was a hair on the cake, which is shocking and completely unacceptable for any food product. On top of that, the order was delayed even though I requested it on a time because it was for a special occasion and everything planned around that. The cake quality itself was terrible — the cream was hard, and the cake was extremely dry, nothing like what was expected or appropriate for an important occasion. No customer deserve a food item prepared in unhygienic conditions.
I found it unexpectedly! I had to wait for my daughter and decided to have a cup of coffee. It is amazing! The profiteroles were tasty and the interior is fantastic!!!

They also have Azerbaijani tea, which I didn’t try this time, but I’ll definitely try it next time We had regular tea and it was really good I’ll definitely come back again!
