I went with my son and his mother to grab some clothes for my daughter. The manager was a Filipina who was about 5'3 and over 40 years old; possibly in her 50s. She was quite wide for lack of a better word. I told her we were looking for 3T T shirts and shorts. She put the wrong sticker, at the checkout, on one of the shorts although it was in fact a 3T pair. I am of the opinion that she did this purposely to make me look like I don't know what I'm doing. However it is possible that another guest did this (i.e., another kid accompanied by his/her parents) as well. The two shorts and shirts ended up being the exact same size. The correct sticker was obtained and the problem was solved.
Hours say open at 10am on Sunday on Google maps, updated a week ago. Hours on door says 11am. Got here an hour early and no luck, went to Winners in the same Plaza instead.
Worst place for curbside pick up. I had a very bad experience today. I received my order in the car parking, and was about to return home. But for my luck i opened the cover to cross verify my order and found one item missing. I entered the store to enquire about my missing order but they were not have any clarity on same and were repeatedly confusing me that this is my order and there is no shortage. I immediately called customer care and they immediately agreed that there was shortage of one item and initiated the refund. I felt very disappointed by the way, the store responded to my queries. the person who delivered my order didn't even have a courtesy to inform me that there is a shortage. anyways i had bad experience at the store and have communicated the same to customer care
Typical looking Carter's. Not crowded. The staff greeted us and were helpful when needed. Their stock for sizes of clothing wasn't great. But I like the style and quality of their clothes, which keeps me coming back...maybe online next time. Nice to have in the neighborhood with 3 young girls at home.
Great selection of baby and children's clothing. Everything is well organized and laid out. The prices are reasonable and there is often a sale. The staff are very helpful. I purchased an adorble outfit for a newborn and the staff helped me in putting it all together. This Carters is conveniently located in the Lawrence Plaza. Lots of parking.
Cute clothes. They have awesome sales. Prices are very reasonable and staff is super helpful. Love the bright fun displays. There is even a little play section to entertain the little ones. This location also has one of the best clearance sections ever. Crazy low prices to be found in the clearance section of this location. I’m not even a huge fan of carters but this stores service and clearance section make me reconsider...
I took my Christmas and Holiday business to a different children’s clothing store. I didn’t even get more then 10 steps inside the store before receiving the worst customer service ever. It was my mistake for not seeing that the store was almost at closing time however the staff walked towards the doors and said “were closed, you have one minute to shop” as we walked in the doors. I guess she personally doesn’t need the business since she is just an employee but I will choose to give my money to someone who is able to provide a customer service experience that values the money people pay towards such stores.
