I am very disappointed with the level of professionalism and transparency from this business. I would not purchase from them. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent and important information was not disclosed upfront. I learned only by calling that the online delivery fee was incorrect and my order would have been cancelled without warning. Requests for basic warranty details required multiple follow-ups, and I was told that if my order arrived damaged, I would be responsible for return shipping—hundreds of dollars—without being offered any realistic solution. The customer service I received was dismissive, and I was repeatedly interrupted while trying to ask reasonable questions. When I escalated my concerns, the owner replied with no actionable information beyond “contact us if there’s an issue,” which did not address any of the concerns raised. After all this, they requested the remaining balance and then cancelled my order anyway, citing "stock" issues. This entire process was frustrating, lacked transparency, and felt very unprofessional. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and am leaving a 1-star review.
Amazing!! Let me tell you, the quality of this furniture is absolutely top notch. I ordered a glider chair all the way from Calgary, AB (Amazon) and it arrived perfect. Sidney is super helpful as well. If you’re looking for good quality, come here. You will not be disappointed!!! - Nikolina
Avoid the furniture from this place. No quality control. Purchased a dresser from a store they supply to. There with lots of issues with finish, communication was poor, fix was poor.

Great Selection and Amazing Customer Service! I ordered a full nursery package (Pali) and am very pleased with the quality. I have previously ordered nursery furniture from Leon's and was very disappointed. I did have a minor issue with the headboard on the crib which the owner, Walter went above and beyond to resolve, ultimately exceeding my expectations. I would definitely recommend Lil Angels Furniture!
staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, but they are like any other sales person, they tell you everything you want to hear which sucks you into a purchase, fine, but when i spend $3000 on a nursery set that begins to have paint issues within 6 months of purchase and i begin calling and emailing this location and Pali, which is the manufacturing company. its been almost 3 weeks and have yet to hear anything back from either company. as of right now i do not recommend this Baby furniture location. And after a month of trying to rectify my issue with this location and Pali, no one has contacted me for anything, TERRIBLE.
Great selection. Helpful staff. They will usually give you a fantastic deal if you buy multiple pieces at the same time. Just recently went back for bed rails for one of our convertible cribs. The staff were extremely helpful in getting the right colour and at a reasonable price.
