I absolutely love this place. The combination of creamy tea and chewy tapioca pearls is both refreshing and satisfying. No matter what mood I’m in, there’s always a flavor that hits the spot.
The worst nightmare, i order this location via uber, cost me money as they are at home and they need a midnight snacks, i bought two milk tea and 6 sausages, but then they wait and suddenly cancelled my order with out giving me back my money, it’s stealing until now they never give it back and accuse the uber that the uber cancelled the order, i called and ask the staff which is jesie the name i dont know if its real name of her! She cancelled the order because there is no sausage at first you guys put on the app that u dont have sausage pr what available menu you have!
I ordered via uber eats and realized within a minute that it was placed in the wrong location. The store accepted the order within a minute, I cancelled my order and was charged the full amount. Had I known that they were going to charge me for the entire payment of the drinks, rather than cancellation fee of $5 or $10, the I would’ve have gladly taken my mistake and kept the drinks. Now I’m $45 out and have no drinks. What a scam, and uber eats service did nothing.
Like the employee maggie here, everytime when I come here she always have a big smile on her face. Very good customer service and always have great experience when I come here
Ordered the mango and pomelo with sago drink and the taro smoothie. The mango and pomelo drink had good amount of toppings inside and tasted great. The taro smoothie had taro chunks in it and tasted okay. Both drinks were around $10 each so its on the pricier end.
It takes a lot for me to give a 1 star rating. When we showed up the person quickly informed us that the tapioca isn't ready yet (at 3pm). Then we order, only to find out something we wanted which is on the menu (white peach green tea) isn't available in the system. We were willing to look past all that if the drinks were good but when I got my mango green tea, it was almost all ice when I specified less ice, and there were chunks of coconut jelly mixed in with the mango (probably to fill space instead of including mango chunks). The white peach oolong tea we got also tasted like water, probably because it wasn't steeped long enough. And this stuff wasn't cheap either ($16). Really disappointing overall.
