I was referred to Dr Ho by a friend and I’ve been going to him for chiro appointments for almost 2 years now. I have been very satisfied with the treatments. Dr Ho is attentive and detail oriented, and his background in both western and eastern medicine makes the sessions informative and effective. I appreciate that he listens to my concerns and treats accordingly, and that while he advises treatments, he doesn’t push anything unnecessary. Will continue to go to him for chiro help.
Rating a one star because the front desk staff was extremely unprofessional and insinuated false claims about me. The owner called and apologized on her behalf but said she would also reach out to apologize, and nothing has come from that. Condoning that kind of behaviour and not letting her apologize for her actions is concerning to me. Very disappointed as the services by the chiropractor and massage therapist were really good.
I work long hours on the computer and subsequently have discomfort to my neck, shoulder and back. Kevin is the most thorough Chiropractor I have ever visited. Kevin does a fantastic job of really listening to your concerns and makes sure you leave feeling the best you can. He's patient, funny, and has so many approaches to solving different issues. I would highly recommend him!
