I got the fridge from frost tech back in Sep 2023, Andre and his team were so nice and patiently explaining everything about the functionality and maintenance requirements of the fridge. This year in May, the fridge started to be foggy at an indoor marketplace, I called Andre, he sent his technician next day to check the problem. It turned out the fog is due to high humidity of the environment not the fridge itself. I am so thankful to have Andre promptly respond to my concerns, this is the place to go and they have great after sale services. Luna
