They talked me into purchasing a new HP all in one computer, other than the fact that it has fewer cables, I don’t like it. It often will not connect to wifi. Signa says thats a problem they can probably fix and will require a visit, costing $799. +HST but since I bought this and my earlier computer from them they will only charge me $399. + HST. I think the possibility of a wifi problem should have been explained when the technician set the system up. I am pissed.
I’m an architectural technology student and Signa helped me get a great computer for a price that I could afford. Excellent customer service and I’ve been very happy with my purchase. I will be using them in the future for all my computer upgrades.

Built up a gaming computer and ran into issues. Called Signa while I was driving home and not only did they fit me in last minute to troubleshoot & fix the issue, they even stayed late to finish it up. Great bunch of people, wouldn’t hesitate to give them a call in the future.

Having dealt with Signa in putting together a custom built configuration desktop, and just recently a new laptop, I can say with absolute conviction this is the ONLY computer store to consider when you need any computer system. UPDATE: Purchased my second system from the great folks at Sigma a couple of weeks ago. I got nearly six years doing high resolution photo and graphic work out of my previous one and it ran like a champ the entire time but it was just time for an upgrade. Same as last time, the Sigma gang was great to work with and built me a custom machine that exactly meets my needs and worked flawlessly out of the box. And and since my old system continues to work perfectly (its just a bit long in the tooth for high end photo editing these days) I set it up for my Dad so he got a massive upgrade as well. Sigma does quality work and gives great personalized attention to their clients. They continue to be my shop of choice! A great experience before, during and after the sale. Fast and informative responses to questions and a real willingness to work with you to make sure you end up with a system that meets your needs. Couldn't be happier that I went with them.
