Kiri installed a new battery in my MacBook Air, and took time to explain the problems I was having. Then he identified a secondary issue and sorted that out as well. Five stars for sure! (And he did not make me feel "like a dumb senior"!)
Great service! My daughter’s Mac Book Air battery was running out of juice fast. The Accurate Technologies team were able to diagnose the problem and solve it quickly and worked with her University schedule so there was minimal disruption to her study schedule during reading week….thank you guys!
Had my MacBook Pro battery replaced with the aftermarket option, but only 56 cycles after, it requires service again. The price was ok but the battery was pretty crap. OEM lasted 8 years and hundreds of cycles
Can I give six stars? They were quick, professional, polite, informative... The repair that Apple said would take 10 days took three hours once they had the part in, and the computer is as good as new.
