I am a home renovation contractor and do about 15 projects a year which are mostly full renovation jobs. I have been purchasing all material from the reno superstore for the past 5 years and they have been a very important partner to my business. Thank you guys so much.
I regret buying my vanity at Reno Superstore. Got it home & noticed cabinet door handles were unevenly spaced & one was mounted crooked. I called RS & Hussein said they would have someone come replace the doors. A month went by & I followed up, spoke with Hussein who assured me someone was coming. Another month, followed up again, this time spoke with Mo. Mo was helpful, he said he would have someone there immediately. I tried to verify the details of my vanity with Mo, but he said that was not necessary. Unfortunately it turned out it was necessary, as a man arrived the next day with replacement doors for a 22" vanity & chrome hw for my 42" vanity w nickel hw. Anyway this gave me the contact of Topcan Vanity, the store in Scarborough that actually built it. I started dealing directly with them & I made a trip out there to finally get it resolved. 2 star bc at least RS tried to correct the problem, but I had to stay on top of them & do all the leg work to get it fixed. They were totally hands off and offered no solutions aside from just calling Topcan Vanity.
Sometimes this place cannot actually get the items displayed on the site. I would suggest contacting them before committing your money to an order as getting a refund may tie up your finances for some time.
I really wish I could give this company a zero star but unfortunately you can’t! Their staff are very unreliable, incompetent and unprofessional. I ordered 9 doors back in March it’s now November unbelievable!! they could not deliver to their ETA of 4-6 weeks. Be aware of this company, better shop at other company such as new Canadians Lumber that actually was able to deliver my doors in 4 days for exactly the same door.
So far my experience has been bad. Called several times and no answer, I wanted to check stock... showed up and they didn't have any doors that i wanted, then tried to sell me on this other in stock. If I wanted he could have ordered it in but it cam take 1-2 days, wait nevermind he said he can't. Started helping another customer. Bye
Had a great experience with the manager of the store. He helped me select the right luxury vinyl flooring for our basement and determine how much I needed. Great service, good response time. I'll be back!
