the staff follow you around intently asking more than once if you need help and the security are stalk to you as if your about to steal making the enviroment not too welcoming can't shop in peace.
I would like to specifically recognize Catherine (manager) who assisted me this weekend with completing an exchange and providing outstanding and a very personable customer experience. It was a very difficult week for me personally and she took the time to listen and react in a manner that I am so appreciative of. In relation to her amazing customer service, everytime I’ve visited this location I’ve had a great and seamless experience and it just goes to show that management reflects positively on the other staff. 10/10 location experience.
They seem to love to make everyone wait forever in line. One cashier and they just ignore the fact that the line is long. Meanwhile the store is filled with staff standing around doing nothing. What a brilliantly managed business. Here's a tip, more than two people in line, get another person on cash!

racist employee working at the skincare counter. i was followed around by a security guard, probably because she thought i was stealing. the guard didn’t approach me but it was blatantly obvious what he was doing. he later went up to the lady, shook his head as to tell her that i am in the clear. i did nothing to warrant this suspicion. wish i could escalate this matter.
