We just used Drapery King for the first time to replace drapes and Roman shades in 3 rooms in our house. I highly recommend this business. The customer service from Mark and his team was exceptional from helping us to select fabrics and styles, to ensuring our measurements were correct, to the finished product. The selection of fabrics, quality and pricing are varied enough to meet everyone’s needs. We will definitely return the next time we need curtains or blinds.
Great customer service, lots variety of options for every budget. I visited this place three times and each time i walked out of this store happy and fully satisfied and more importantly they take their time to walk you around their store to explain and educate you about the difference between their items in order to find the best match for your needs. I came to Drapery King to looking for 9ft curtains after struggling to find them in other stores. First of all, I was greeted right when I entered the door and I was immediately impressed with the selection in the store. Guida is awesome!!! She took the time to understand my needs and price range and showed me a variety of options to choose from. Mark was also super helpful showing me he different ways to hang the curtains. If you need curtains...hands down this is the place to buy from. Great selection, great staff...at affordable prices!
We went to Drapery King just to browse and check out the selection. We ended up leaving with exactly what we wanted. I went to the store based on the reviews from the internet. The staff were very friendly. They helped me pick drapes that fit my requirements exactly.The price was reasonable. We were able to get a set of 2 ready made panels for our -140x 96 inch living room large window. I was looking for dark shades and the staff guided me in picking the right color that will match the furniture and flooring. The drapes I bought look lovely and the color couldn't have been better. I will definitely recommend the store.
Even though you have to wait sometimes, when it's your turn, the experience is best. Very helpful stuff and Mike is trying his best to satisfy you. The choice of a fabric is endless. Mike promised to finish my order in 3-4 weeks, but got a call from them in less than 2 weeks than I can pick up my order.
After i been in many different location, i did find Drapery King on Google, i went to the Store and the first thing i notice they have hundreds of different drapery. I had to wait for about 40 minutes, because they where to busy with other people ,One of the people there ,Mark was more patient than me, he did help me to find the Drapery that i was looking for i am very Happy with my chose and my house look Beautiful i will refer this store to all my friends
