I was thoroughly disappointed with the level of service I received after my hard drive was submitted for recovery. Approximately 48 hours after receipt, I was contacted regarding your findings and was asked how I wanted to proceed. I immediately requested a callback, but received no response. I subsequently left two separate messages for my account manager, Neil B., and again received no reply. I finally reached Daniel via the main line and requested the immediate return of my hard drive. I was told the return process would be started. A message was then sent to my account requesting permission to charge the $50 return fee to my credit card on file, which I approved—followed by another period of silence. I then had to make at least three additional calls and send texts via my account on October 29, 30, and 31 just to get an update on the return. I finally received a response from Neil B in the evening, confirming the drive was in the queue. The tracking details were not provided until November 3. This whole process started on Oct 23 and ended today Nov 06 when I finally received my hard drive. Eleven business days is absurd. This timeline demonstrates profoundly poor service and a complete lack of regard for a customer who has lost valuable data. In conclusion, I would absolutely not recommend your services to anyone.
I was doubled charged for my initial quote due to technical issues in their part. After requesting a refund for one of the fees and being promised they would look into it. There was no resolution. After 3 weeks I submitted a case to my bank and they refunded me one if the transactions and are investigating. This has been going on for about three months. I WOUKD NOT RECOMMEND TGEIR SERVICES. ALSO TGEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE. MUCH CHEAPER ALTERNATIVES AVAILABLE. .
Do not recommend - They make big promises then slap you with a quote of $5000 with a generic form without even indicating what's wrong with your drive. P.S. - I sent them my SSD initially, they quoted me $1000. It was too steep at the time so I asked for it back. I sent the SSD a few months down the road after thinking about the initial quote (Nothing changed with the SSD at all), now they quote me $5000 Absolutely predatory -> Thousands of people experiencing the same issue that mentioned this on Reddit.

Case No: 486241. Very bad service, The manager on the file never call me back even if I left many voices messages. It took a month to send me back the parts used for recovery. I had to call many times to do a follow up for those parts.
