I brought my Omega in for a new strap and Mark was amazing. He called me and kept me updated on the arrival of the strap and made some really good recommendations about style and colour. When the strap arrived, he called me and gave me his schedule and told me exactly when he would be in the store. When I arrived, he changed my strap in 5 minutes.
