Unfortunately I had a very bad experience at this place! They demonstrated business card samples and I ordered based on those samples but when they delivered the product it was completely different! At first they did not accept that it was different which was so insulting, then they accepted and said “the sample you saw is for some years ago and we don’t provide that quality any more”!!!!! And they returned just the amount I paid for the coating!
Really great service here. There was a misunderstanding about the dimensions needed for my flyers I had printed, and they reprinted the whole job again no charge and no hassle. I will come here again and again for my printing needs now!
Amazing customer service from Dan and Maria! Had all of the signs, photos, handouts etc for my wedding printed here. Everything looked wonderful and was very affordable.
It's too hard to find a good service nowadays, but this company went above and beyond with their work! They completed my order same day (within few hours), staff was professional, polite and friendly starting from phone convo until pickup. I'll definitely use their services again!
The guy who helped me out was just incredible! He printed out my document super fast and efficiently, and he didn't even take my money. However, when I arrived at the door, the girl who was working by the window was signaling me to call them with a very annoyed face, in a really rude way. But oh well, I was very happy with their overall service at the end. Thank you TPH, I'll be back!
