My wife spent 108.00 dollars here 5 days ago. Items included 24.00 in burner protectors that didn't fit the stove. When she tried to return them today, perfectly packaged, with the receipt, one staff told her she could only get an 'exchange' Then the so-called 'manager' said she couldn't refund or exchange, unless my wife had returned them 'the next day.' She added my wife should "give them away to friends.' She said it was a policy, but she was clearly making it up. A good manager would use common sense to keep a valued customer. These people have no customer service training and no business savvy. We'll just go to Dollarama in the future. Stay away from this junky, overpriced place
This "Dollar Store with More" definitely has more — more prices above a dollar! Walked in thinking I’d be a baller on a budget, walked out wondering if I should’ve just gone to Walmart. Great variety, but don't let the name fool you — your dollars will disappear faster than you can say "inflation."
I have been shopping at this store for years and I went to get some balloons filled with helium. The cashier said they weren’t sure if the balloon was going to float and that they would trial it for me without telling me the price first. After filling it, and it did not float they told me it was gonna be 5$ for it. I said that they did not communicate the price to me before and that it was unfair to still charge me the 5$ because I was under the assumption that we were going to trial it and they still did. Such a rip off and bad customer service. Will not be shopping here again.
CHEAP Toys at a PREMIUM Price! Very disappointed for spending the same on a toy as a regular toystore would charge for it to be lower quality than even Temu.
I had a bad experience here, everyone don't come to this store, the staff is very rude, the prices are not clear, the prices are very high compared to other stores.
Very rude staff ! My daughter was buying toys worth of $50 and a $5 bill was ripped a little and she refused to serve us because I was questioning why she can not take the ripped bill. I even called the store to tell me her name so that I can call cooperate and she did not even give me her name. But I submitted a complain! I just don’t understand why people working jobs that they don’t like if they can’t work in costumer service !
Complaint Hi I have been shopping in your store for years and years I bought 2 Mylar balloons yesterday afternoon and they popped in the car in the plastic I came back to the store today and I really thought that the manager would replace the balloon. She said NO- I must have done something to it in the car in the plastic. I was alone and just drove home and heard the pops. As I explained what had happened She yelled at me in front of everyone as I am the innocent one. All I wanted was a replacement. She told me she will replace and I should never come back to the store again. And she wouldn’t give me another plastic to cover the balloons. I am very disappointed in your staff
