The donuts are amazing! Look online before going so you know the flavour of the week. You get three flavours in every box and they are still warm when you get them.
Been ordering pickup (through their website) and noticed that the quality of service has gone down recently. If you order pickup and do not provide a tip, they will not prepare your order in advance. They will make you wait (more than 20 minutes in my experience) and give priority to other walk in customers. This has happened in my recent 3 orders. I would specify a pickup time, come on time (or a few minutes after) but my order wouldn’t be ready. Taste is always 100% but I hope service can be improved.
Excellent donuts. Soft, served at the right temperature, with addictive coating. Decided to try this place randomly, glad I did. Their donuts are mini donuts and mine were served hot and fresh. They were pillow soft, like tasting a good quality French croissant that just came out of the oven. But the interior is well done and not a trace of batter, which is how it should be. Also very aromatic. They have very few flavours but the cinammon sugar coated ones are themselves stellar.
COPS Donuts is one of those spots that makes you happy the second you walk in. The donuts are always fresh, soft, and full of flavor. The mini donuts come out warm and melt in your mouth, and the glazes are creative without being over the top. The coffee pairs perfectly, and the vibe is chill and modern. It’s easily one of the best donut spots in the city and worth the stop every time.
Stopped by COPS and tried their weekly special, pandan coconut donuts. Honestly, it was just okay for me. I liked how the donuts themselves were super soft and bite-sized, making them really easy to snack on (almost too easy, you don’t even realize how many you’ve eaten). But in terms of flavor, this one was a bit of a miss. It leaned overly sweet, tasted somewhat artificial, and didn’t quite capture the pandan flavor. The coconut did add a nice bit of texture, though, which I appreciated. Price-wise, I do think they’re on the pricier side for the portion, and having tried their weekly specials before, I’d say it’s a hit-or-miss experience. Service, however, was really quick and friendly, the staff were kind and welcoming. I went late at night, so thankfully there wasn’t much of a crowd. The space itself is very limited when it comes to seating, but the big parking lot outside is definitely convenient. Overall, I’d come back to try other flavors, but this week’s special just didn’t wow me.
Added the option of “sprinkles and candles” (note: plural) and received a box of donuts with a singular candle in the middle of the box. What an embarrassment!
We love the donuts! It’s definitely one of our top five donut places! However, sometimes the staff here lack attention to detail! For instance, once we got the honey & lemon and candied thyme donuts. However, there was NO candied thyme on it at all!
