My son just pass his G2 license today. Jamal Popal is very helpful with my son completing his G2 practice driving. He gives instructions and correct any instance regarding the driving. We will definitely hire him again when my son takes his G exam.
I had a disappointing experience with Jamal the instructor. The lessons were disorganized, and I felt that the instructor lacked patience and didn't offer enough clear guidance. My dad told Jamal from the start that I have a learning disability which Jamal completely ignored. He often rushed through instructions and didn’t take the time to explain important concepts or correct my mistakes in a helpful way. I didn’t feel supported or encouraged during my lessons, and I left feeling more confused than when I started. He often shouted for me to stay in my lane, which I was and I didn't feel like I was drifting at all. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this instructor to others looking for clear, professional instruction. Horrible experience with Jamal.
Instructor Jamal told me it's okay to not complete stop on a red light while turning right, he is very rude, breaks a lot of rules, he made me feel uncomfortable, he swears other drivers on the road, very bad instructor overall. On two occasions I turned to look at him sleeping. When I scheduled the appointment, he couldn't pick me up from my location, so he told me to take the bus to the driving school.
After getting my G1 I was looking for an instructor and then my friend told me about Jamal Popal, he is a very good instructor, easy to talk to and easy to learn from parking was hard until I met Jamal he is a very good instructor and I recommend him to anyone who needs a patience and easy going instructor
Most of the strong reviews here are for Sam. I unfortunately had Jamal Popal as an instructor and strongly regret it. He was very unprofessional. A couple of examples, one where he would nap at times while I was learning how to drive, I assume because of his very packed schedule. Other times, he’d direct me to drop him off at the mosque so he could go pray. I don’t know why I’m paying for his personal breaks, why not schedule student lessons around! I would not recommend Jamal to my friends and family.
I passed my G2 test with the help of Mr. Jamal. He is a really good instructor; he is very professional and always on time for the classes. He not only taught me how to drive but also helped me become confident in my driving skills. During classes, he shared many tips for effective driving, which were not only helpful for the exam but will be helpful forever. In my opinion, he went above and beyond in terms of delivering instructions, and that was a bonus. It was my first time learning to drive, so I took online and in-person classes with A+ Teen Driving School. I would have to say that taking driving classes from them is worth the investment. They not only prepare you to pass the test, but they also prepare you to be a good driver in the future. I am very satisfied with my overall learning experience. If you're new to driving or just want to brush up on your driving skills, definitely check them out.
Yes; I am so grateful that I excelled in my G2. All the glory goes to God indeed; I was introduced to this driving institute by a friend. I honestly did not regret my choice; big shout out to Popal and Jalil for being patient and teaching me the necessary skills required* My experience was a blessed one for sure!
