A Disappointing and Unfair Testing Experience - Poor Customer Service, Technical Failures, and a Disorganized Environment My recent experience with this organization was deeply frustrating and demonstrated a shocking lack of customer service and professional protocol. A technical failure during my exam was mishandled at every turn, leading to an invalidation of my entire test and a complete waste of my time and effort. If there were an option for a zero or negative rating, I would not hesitate to give them that. The problems began during the listening section when the keyboard at my station malfunctioned. I immediately reported the issue to the facilitator, but my concerns were ignored. The audio continued to play while I was trying to explain the problem, preventing me from hearing the questions and critically impacting my performance on that section. This initial failure to act is the first sign of a broken system—the facilitator should have stopped my session immediately, as per what I would expect for a proper protocol. What followed was a series of compounding errors and communication breakdowns. A new listening session was not initiated for me, despite the issue being identified after the first question. Instead of addressing the problem, the first facilitator failed to communicate the issue to the others, leaving the second facilitator—who oversaw my writing test—completely unaware. This lack of internal communication is unacceptable and highlights a disorganized and unprofessional environment. Furthermore, the organization's policy regarding technical malfunctions seems both unfair and illogical. When I asked about a retake, I was informed that I would have to re-examine all four modules. This policy is not only contrary to the practices of other testing centers, which allow for a retake of only the affected module, but it is also completely irrational. The keyboard malfunction was isolated to the listening test and had no bearing on my performance in the speaking, reading, or writing modules. I completed the reading and writing sections on a different, functioning computer, and the speaking test does not even require a computer. To invalidate my scores for these unrelated modules is a clear injustice. To make matters worse, the testing environment itself was misleading. The photos they have online are no longer accurate; the room looks nothing like the pictures. It was cluttered with a lot of stuff, resembling a storage room more than a professional testing center. This lack of upkeep and misleading information is another indicator of the organization's unprofessionalism. The organization's unwillingness to provide a fair solution—such as retaining the valid scores and allowing a retake of only the listening section—shows a complete disregard for the test-taker's time and effort. I formally requested this reasonable solution, but the overall lack of response and action on their part demonstrates a fundamentally flawed approach to customer service. Now, I am still waiting for them to approve my refund so that I can take the IELTS exam at another, hopefully more efficient, test center. In summary, this organization failed to provide a reliable testing environment, showed a complete lack of professionalism in handling a technical issue, and demonstrated an unreasonable and unfair policy for retakes. Their poor communication, disorganized procedures, misleading environment, and unjust policies make it impossible for me to recommend their services.

I strongly recommend this test center. Although it was smaller than I had expected, the overall experience was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helped ease my anxiety before the exam. Most importantly, the partitions around each desk provided outstanding privacy and focus, making the environment far better than other test centers I’ve been to.

The staff were very attentive to each of my requests. They were understanding and helpful while following all the regulations set out for accurate testing. And they did it all with a smile. Thank you Mitesh and Harshita for making a stressful situation less stressful.

I had a great experience at the Bitts Testing Center in North York. The staff was organized, helpful, and friendly. The rooms are clean and well lit. I will do all my future exams at this location.

I had my Scantron exam there lately and am happy with the experience. Before beginning the exam, their staff checked to be sure I was comfortable. In addition, their testing rooms were well-lit and comfortable. Indeed, it is a reliable choice for anyone.

They were very helpful in accomodating our IELTS needs especially during this unique situation we've been in the past year. Procedures were conducive in providing a secure testing experience paired with quality equipment and excellent proctors preparing us before and after the examination.
