Just ordered the Dalat V1 Sport Edition 2026 Ebike and couldn’t be happier. The bike arrived next day, fully assembled since I live in the GTA. The team was very helpful, taking the time to explain everything as this is my first Ebike. Love the design and all the tech features. Highly recommend—thank you!
Terrible service and even worse customer service. I paid $120 for a tire change that ended up causing me even more problems. I went back to talk to them because I only used the scooter a month after the service, and a major issue appeared in the same tire they worked on. They said I was lying about it. I don’t recommend this shop. Take your scooter to a place that takes customers seriously.
Bought the Dalat V1, amazing, fast bike with an array of safety and security features! Very comfortable to ride with features that most Ebikes do not come with! Love the security alarm and signal lights! Their customer service is excellent! Highly recommend buying your Ebike from TN Ebikes!

Great quality of service for a very good price. Paid 25$ for chain installation and 25$ for brake tuning(rear). Everything works well and the job was done quickly.
