Of course, switching to English! ⸻ I had a really unpleasant experience with this store. They were overpriced, the staff didn’t have a good attitude, and they kept people waiting for a long time. They put inexperienced staff behind the cashier and didn’t respect customers’ time at all. I had to wait more than half an hour just to get one item, and their prices were much higher compared to Home Depot. Honestly, I’d recommend that nobody buys from them.
I highly recommend this branch! It’s always a pleasure to deal with Stan he will always ensure that you have the right product you are looking for and is always very patient!
This branch is good, the staff are always great/helpful. They don't have everything in stock but it can get ordered for you. Some items are a little more expensive at city electrics in General. But the staff here is good

Be wary of this place they are sketchy. Called in about a dryer relay and was told the next day via text message that the part was non oem and cost $150 plus tax and 2-3 week wait time since it was "rare" and they don't stock this. There was a restocking fee if I returned it as well. Decided to call the next place on Google called O'Neil electric in Woodbridge and the guy had 400 oem pieces for $16.50 each tax in. Said it was very common since it's used in most highrise apartments and condos for dryer booster fans. Needless to say I travelled 15 mins to Woodbridge and picked it up at the counter. This Tobram place almost ripped me off for 10 times the selling price from its competitor. Be wary.
Called in this morning to see if they had a bulb on the which was rare. Amazing service over the phone. and also had the product transferred over from another store so I would not have to travel. And was nice and understanding.
From start to finish I had a great experience! I was able to buy everything I needed for my Reno, from plugs, to wire, to new LED pot lights! It was the best price I had been quoted, and in the end their service was second to none! Thank you Torbram for all your help!
