Very bad service. Eager to sell you a phone then unable to transfer your number from the old provider to the new provider that they sold you on. When we returned to the store after being unable to deal with customer service with Chatr we were told, "Oh well, the phone works fine. We're not taking it back." Be very, very careful when dealing with them.
