I found this place online and the website was so impressive that I thought it would make an amazing frozen theme birthday party for my daughter. I couldn’t check out the place since We live in the US and we’re visiting family during my daughter’s birthday. We showed up to a very small place in the second floor with no AC. The small room was “decorated” with posters that were taped with green painting tapes. The package bought was for 15 kids and 10 adults included pizza for kids. but the lady surprised us there that was not included. We had to order pizza for the kids. The room was for maybe 10 people with no kids. This place is scam. Please do not trust the website it’s all lies. Nothing shown and described on website was there.
We invited Fairyland party helpers for my child's 10th birthday for Harry potter theme. We had multiple conversations about the age group of kids and the kind of entertainment available. Everytime I asked, I was promised that there is no way kids would get bored. Unfortunately, the two entertainers (looked like teenagers) that came had no energy whatsoever. They didn't have the art to make sure kids showed enthusiasm. It felt like kids were participating only because they had to.. With no other choice. I was really really looking forward to the entertainment section as this was a surprise party for my little Potterhead who celebrated her big milestone birthday. So disappointed :( I spend $300 on this and it was NOT worth at all. They maybe ok for 4/5 year olds but definitely not for older kids.
The worst and upsetting experience ever, not only that the entertainer did not show up, I was given any info as to why they are late only 1.5 hours after the promised time. The kids already waited and got tired and left for the day.No matter what the reason might be there should have been communication. My daughter was so unhappy as she was looking forward to meeting the character from almost a month. Thank you for spoiling the experience for us.
We had two entertainers for my sons 4th birthday party. One dressed as optimus prime. All the kids had so much fun and said it was the best party they had been to. The entertainers were wonderful and so energetic. They played so many fun games with the kids. Will definitely book in the future.
We had a really great experience with this company for our daughter's birthday party! Age appropriate entertainment and really interactive and fun! Kept the kids super engaged for their allocated time.
We celebrated my son's 4th birthday party there this past weekend. The kids had a blast! There is a medium sized play area there. The main area is for the themed shows that they have available. We got the Batman theme show and it was great. The actor playing was very respectful to the kids. Not condescending to kids who were a little afraid to participate; was also encouraging to the kids that were enthusiastic about the seeing the show. Very inclusive over all. The time line for the party went very smoothly and was surprised that the booking time was winding to a close. It seemed to be the right amount of time and activity. The hostess Nadia was very pleasant and happy to help us. Also she was well organized throughout our time spent there. The food was surprisingly good too. All in all, I would recommend trying Fairlyland Theatre if you are wondering what to do for your child's next birthday!
My son had his 5th birthday in fairyland 2 years ago.It was fun and the party turned out very well.So when my son turned 7 last month we decided to do it again in Fairyland but I was really disappointed.It was very unorganized and everything is in a rush.Entertainers are not good anymore.Table covers haven’t change from the previous party.How can they book parties for no interval times to prepare and tidy up for the next one?
