I had a great experience at Eyes on Sheppard! The staff were very friendly, and professional. They took the time to explain everything I asked clearly. The clinic is clean, and well-equipped.They have great variety selection of frames. I Highly recommend this for people looking for quality eye care!
We love it here! A beautiful office/shop. The team is wonderful. Dr. Jordan Friedman is excellent- our entire family and extended family see him- such an amazing person and an excellent doctor. For glasses (fitting, style, effectiveness, etc.) Sepi is great! She is a nice person who is very helpful! As for contact lenses fitting- Angelica is an angel. She is so kind, sweet, patient- truly perfect for her role. She puts others at ease and is a gentle human. Thanks to the full team here- you all are awesome!
Fantastic experience! I needed an emergency appointment after an eye injury, and Dr. Black and his team kindly fit me into their schedule. Dr. Black was thorough, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the issue while providing excellent care. The staff was warm, helpful, and welcoming, and the office itself is modern and impressive. I highly recommend Eyes On Sheppard!

My entire family loves the combination of expertise and personal attention. If there are any problems/adjustments they will work with you until you are satisfied. Having a lab on the premises helps quality control and price. Their expertise and cutting-edge diagnostic tools flagged an eye disease that most optometrists would have missed. I would give 6 stars if I could.
