I spoke to a lovely live person at the store who booked my technician for me. Brentt arrived right on time and “fixed” my electric fireplace promptly and graciously pointed me to the manual power button that was accidentally turned off. ?♀️. I highly recommend the Fireplace Store and Brett.
I got a great deal on a new Napoleon grill and a bunch of accessories. I basically arranged the whole purchase over text messages and just went to the store to pick up the grill. The store is quite a mess, it's under renovations and completely full of boxes everywhere. They did have a number of fireplaces and grills on display but the lighting was poor and the building is quite run down. This didn't affect me at all as I knew the product I wanted and did all of my shopping online and via text, I just would caution someone who expects a fancy showroom as this is not that at all. Recommended as long as you take that into account.
