I purchased 3 reconditioned Precor 956i treadmills for my facility. They arrived in very used looking appearance. After an email battle including my regular maintenance guy corroborating they were poorly reconditioned Keystone actually sent someone from Ontario to Alberta to replace 2 motors. Now after 8 months of light use they need new decks and belts which I have confirmed were not replaced - $1500 more per treadmill. Steer clear of this company.
They claim ''equipment like new''. Got my order, bike had rust, 2 elliptical has problem (the skis are always rubbing against the wheel).. all that witting 3 months of having the equipment.. Never again
