Vlad is amazing, if I could give 10 stars I would. We just bought a house built in the early 1900s, the stairs were so squeaky, we knew we had to fix it before we put in our new stair runners. We called Vlad and he came for consult promptly and gave us a reasonable quote. Whats most important is that he did incredible work on our stairs. He was meticulous and went above and beyond to fix all the squeaks. I am so grateful. Vlad is such a lovely person, please do not hesitate to work with him. Update: we found another small issue with one of our steps and contacted Vlad. Vlad came the very next day and fixed the issue on the spot. I had looked up squeaking steps and came across Vlad. His estimate was reasonable and I figured I’ll take a shot with him. Very grateful to have had Vlad come in and work his magic. One of the hardest working men I know. He was informative, well mannered, professional and very neat. Brought his own vacuum. Couldn't tell he had been in the house all day. Im sure he does a lot more than squeaking floors. But if thats your problem. Id put Vlad’s skills up against anyone else. I would highly recommend Vlad any time!
