Amazing flower arrangements. Ordered 2 arrangements in the summer for people who had helped me. Decided to order 2 arrangements for myself for Christmas. In tears when they arrived. The reviews gave me high expectations, but I was really disappointed — the roses looked tired and far from fresh. Now I see why some bouquets are on sale. Definitely won’t order again.

I've made quite a few purchases at this point from bloomen and I will admit, they have messed up one, but in that one order, they showed me who they were, they upgraded my order gave me a bigger set of flowers, A vase apologized, and took care of the problem. I've never had any issues with them since. I would recommend them anytime, especially in the Greater Toronto Area they're excellent with deliveries and its nice to not have to worry about it.
